The Mission

CyberAGI is building the world’s first AI enterprise. We start with Excalibur, the AI-native offensive security engine that transforms cybersecurity from a cost center into a value generator.

This role is about owning engineering from the ground up. Not features. Not slideware. {The engine itself.}

Why This Role Exists

You will architect, build, and ship Excalibur end to end. That means:

• Designing the AI-native system that ties threat modeling, pentesting, vulnerability management, and the CISO dashboard into one correlated story.

• Making privacy the default with on-premise deployments where data never leaves customer environments.

• Building the primitives, not patchwork. Simple, scalable, first-principles architectures.

• Setting a ship cadence measured in running systems, not presentations.

• Recruiting and leading an A-team that moves with attacker urgency and engineering precision.

• Translating frontier customer problems into product outcomes that cannot be ignored.

The Mandate

• Build the engine, not a feature. Architect Excalibur as one AI-native system that connects every module.

• Make privacy the default. On-premise first. Data sovereignty is sacred.

• Ship with first-principles clarity. Fewer moving parts, higher leverage.

• Correlate, don’t enumerate. Every output must tell a living attack story, tied to real business impact.

• Institutionalize speed. Convert ambiguity into code daily. No excuses.

What You’ll Do

• Own the roadmap 0→1→N across:

  
  

  • Multi-framework threat modeling (STRIDE, DREAD, PASTA, MITRE) with pixel-to-context mapping.

  • AI-driven pentesting with drag-and-drop flows, safe validation, reproducible exploits.

  • Vulnerability lifecycle automation with developer-ready fixes.

  • CISO dashboards tying risk to ROI in real time.

  
  

• Design and operate on-premise installs with air-gapped security and no phone-home.

• Recruit, level up, and run a strike-team of A-players.

• Set uncompromising reliability standards: deterministic pipelines around non-deterministic models.

• Partner with frontier customers to convert their hardest problems into product primitives.
