You will build the growth engine of the AI Enterprise: the flywheel, the network, the ecosystem that deploys AI employees into every business function.

What you'll do

A breakthrough platform is nothing without adoption. You will scale how, where, and why companies adopt AI colleagues across departments. You will architect partnerships that make adoption inevitable. You will work directly with the CEO.

The Mandate

  • Make our AI Enterprise magnetic

  • Forge high-leverage partnerships and channels

  • Convert pilot excitement into enterprise deployment

  • Define packaging and pricing that feel inevitable and natural


A Day in Your Life

  • Kick off a pilot with an integrator, embed AI agents into client workflows, and help them demonstrate value

  • Build a referral/partner loop between agencies, consultants, and product teams

  • Create and expand a marketplace of agent modules (legal, support, contract) and fore open integrations

  • Analyze funnel drop-off: onboarding friction, pricing barriers, adoption bottlenecks

  • Design packaging and pricing strategies that scale usage, not just seats
